Hariyali Paneer pulav (Sample featured post)

Rice – 1 and 1/2 cups

For Grinding-(grind with approx. 1 cup water)
1/2 bunch coriander leaves
1/4 bunch mint leaves
2 tbsp methi leaves
2 pods garlic
2 green chillies
small piece ginger
after grinding add 2 cups water

1 small stick cinnamon
1 small bay leaf
1 crushed cardomom
1 large onion
panneer – 100 grams cut into cubes & roasted in oil

Heat oil in a cooker and add the spices and saute, add the onion pieces and fry till golden brown, add the rice and saute briefly for 20 seconds, now, add the green liquid, salt as per taste, close the cooker and after steam arises, put the whistle and after one whistle sim the cooker for 1 minute and allow cooker to cool… Add the fried paneer pieces. Harilyali pulav with all goodness is ready!
